Shipment processing time
Most packages are shipped from our Mifflinburg, PA 17844 warehouse, where they are processed and ship within approximately two business days of the order being placed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shine It Clean ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
US Tax Policies
Shine It Clean LLC operates in Mifflinburg, PA 17844 and law requires Shine It Clean LLC to collect all taxes that are applicable, based on the order’s “Ship-To” ZIP code. Be advised that some states require a tax on delivery and/or gift wrap charges as well. For online orders, all applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on your order at checkout time. Note: Tax rates are subject to change at any time.
Shine It Clean is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
